Birel ART India's driver Ruhaan Alva had an outstanding end to the Easykart Italian Championship in the 60cc class, winning round 8 and scoring the fastest lap time in the race. He also finished round 9 in 4th place, in difficult rainy conditions, despite limited wet driving experience.
Ruhaan scored 3 victories in the 60cc class in the Easykart Italian championship, along with 6 podiums out of the 8 races he competed in.
Ruhaan also competed in a one-off race in the Mini class at the beginning of the year, and scored another dominant victory in that class too.
So all in all, Ruhaan scored an impressive 4 victories and 7 podiums in 9 Easykart races in Italy!

Ruhaan gained the respect of his fellow Italian and International competitors for being, not only super fast, but also a very fair and correct driver. Despite all his International achievements, Ruhaan remains a very humble and sweet kid, who loves to play with all his competitors whenever he is off the racetrack.
As his coach, I am very proud of Ruhaan's International achievements, and his results are an example of the quality of training that Birel ART India conducts for its factory drivers. In fact, next year, more of our Birel ART India's factory drivers will follow Ruhaan's footsteps and compete, not only in India, but also in the prestigious Italian Championship.
Now we look forward to the next round of the Rotax Indian Championship, where Ruhaan leads the Micro championship, and Birel ART India's drivers are 1st, 3rd and 4th in the standings, and also 4th in the Junior class.
Then, in October Birel ART India's Ruhaan will compete in the Easykart World Championship!!
