| Oscars ceremony will be delayed
until April 25, film academy says |

The
next Academy Awards ceremony has been shifted from Feb. 28 to April 25, 2021
due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and
Sciences announced in a statement on Monday. The academy will also extend the
eligibility window for submissions by a few months, with a new deadline of
Feb. 28, 2021.
