Now that we’ve reached the end of 2018, it’s fair to say that it was a year for the ages. And by “ages” I mean the garbage dump. Let’s not mince words here: this was, by any objective measure, a historically terrible year for America, for the world, and for the human race. But we can also learn from everything that’s gone wrong, and use it as a roadmap for finding our way back.
For instance, if you take a mentally unstable career criminal and make him President of the United States, you’re merely going to end up with a mentally unstable career criminal as President of the United States. When a president is in deep personal financial debt to the Kremlin, he’s going to favor the Kremlin over the United States. When you start abducting people and putting them in concentration camps, it’s always wrong, and they’re always going to start dying.
America faces a long road back to being America. Yes, it all starts with ousting the traitor who is currently illegally occupying the office of President of the United States, putting him on trial, locking him in prison for the rest of his life, and sending a message to any other lowlife who might be tempted to treasonously conspire with a foreign enemy to rig the presidential election. But that’s just the start. Removing the cancer will only matter if we’re then willing to put in the work to make the patient healthy again. Happy New Year.
